Tabs can be any cut size from a 2 cut up to a 25 cut size.

No mylar reinforcement on the tab or binding edge.

Paper size is letter side 8.5" + 1/2" tab = 9" x 11" including the tab extension.  Paper type is a 90# white index stock.

Additional cost will apply for:

3 hole drilling, collating into sets, 1/4" or 3/8" tab extensions,

Any mylar applied to the tab extension and/or the binding edge of the sheet.

Any other stock type or size other than a 9" x 11" 90# white index.
